Tomorrow, Saturday, September 15th, the American Heart Association will be hosting the 2012 Greater Orlando Heart Walk at Loch Haven Park. This is a non-competitive 5k (3 miles) Walk/Run to help promote health and wellness in our Community. We are joining AHA again this year in the fight against the #1 killer of both men and women.
FINFROCK has 34 walkers particpating and has raised $3,045!!!

Finfrock employees and families are invited to walk as a Team to help raise awareness and to continue our efforts for a healthy life style.
Here are the details of the Heart Walk:
· WHEN: Saturday, September 15, 2012, Rain or Shine!
· WHERE: Loch Haven Park, Orlando (900 East Princeton St)
· WHAT: Non-Competitive 5K Walk (3.1 miles)
· TIME: 7:00 a.m. Festivities begin, 8:00 a.m. Walk starts
· WHY: To encourage people to take steps toward a heart-healthy lifestyle while raising funds to fight heart disease & stroke in our community!
